Icelandair Technical Services (ITS) is a customer oriented technical service and maintenance provider to air operators focusing on high quality services to small and medium size airlines. This page is access controlled and it's main purpose is to provide third parties, who are working for and with ITS, access to aircraft and organizational documents and information.
A general webpage for Icelandair Technical services (www.its.is) is in the pipelines. Until our webpage is up and running information regarding parts will be answered via partsales@its.is, please do not use the helpdesk email for part inquiries.

Important Notice to all customers - Toolbox has replaced PMA
PMA will be removed from the CITRIX Server within the next two weeks and will be replaced by Boeing ToolBox Remote. Portable harddrives with maintenance documents will be kept in the cockpit. Boeing Toolbox Remote will NOT be accessible through Citrix like PMA has been.
If you have access to Icelandair maintenance documents through MyBoeingFleet, you use that. ToolBox Remote can be used in the event of lost/no internet connectivity. The harddrives are powered through the supplied USB cable and can be connected to a laptop or desktop computer. No installation of software is required. Please make sure you return the hard drive to cockpit.
